Silver Ottoman State Coat of Arms Men's Ring
Silver Ottoman State Coat of Arms Men's Ring
The Ottoman Empire State Coat of Arms was prepared for the Ottoman Empire in the 19th century, influenced by the emblems in the European United Kingdom state tradition. Before that, the tughras of the sultans were used as state emblems. The final version of the Ottoman emblem was put into effect by Sultan II. Abdulhamid on April 17, 1882. There are two flags in the Ottoman State Coat of Arms. The flag with the crescent and star on a red background symbolizes the Ottoman Dynasty, while the flag on a green background symbolizes the Islamic Caliphate. The scales represent Ottoman justice, and the books on the scales represent the Ottoman laws and the Quran, which are the source of justice. The Ottoman Coat of Arms and the Crescent on the silver ring are used as symbols of their power. Made of 925 sterling silver. Oxidized silver is coated. Transparent enamel coating is applied.
